2.  กรุณาส่งรายการสินค้าให้ชัดเจน โดยแจ้ง  รุ่นสินค้า สี  ไซส์ จำนวน  และวันที่ต้องการใช้สินค้า
3.  แจ้งให้ร้านค้าจัดส่งให้ หรือสามารถมารับสินค้าเองได้ที่หน้าร้านค่ะ
– ขนส่งด่วนเอกชน – ราคาถูก   เหมาะสำหรับส่งสินค้า 80  ชิ้น/ตัว ขึ้นไป  ระยะเวลา 1-2 วัน ไม่รวมวันหยุดราชการและวันอาทิตย์
–  Kerry  เหมาะสำหรับส่งของ 1- 100 ชิ้น  ระยะเวลา 1-2 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่
–  ไปรษณีย์   EMS   เหมาะสำหรับส่งของ 1- 80 ชิ้น  ระยะเวลา 1-2 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่
–  แมสเซนเจอร์  (เฉพาะในกทม. เท่านั้น)
4.  ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้า
–  เสื้อเปล่า / ชุดเปล่า ส่งให้ภายใน  2-3 วันทำการหลังชำระเงินแล้ว  ตัดรอบ 11 โมงเช้า

How do I place an order?

 You absolutely can order on uniontradinghouse.com without an account:

1. Choose the product on the Shop page you want and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter the billing details and choose your payment method.
3. Place your order.

How do I pay using bank transfers (T/T payment)?

When you choose to pay by bank transfer, please follow these steps:

1. On the checkout page, select Bank Transfer as your payment method.
2. In the Bank Transfer Information section, you will see the bank account information you need to transfer your payment.
3. After you receive the order confirmation email from us, please print out the section containing your Bank Transfer Information.
4. Go to your local bank to transfer your payment. Bring the printed Bank Transfer Information and show it to the bank officer before making your payment.
5. Please do not forget to include your full name AND your ORDER ID number on your bank wire transfer. We must be able to identify your funds when they arrive.
6. Please send a confirmation receipt of the bank wire transfer to  info@uniontradinghouse.com
7. When using bank transfers, you may be charged a fee by your bank. If your bank uses an intermediary bank, the intermediary bank may also charge a fee, which is your responsibility to pay.

How much does it cost for shipping fee?

For shipping all over Thailand, delivery fee may cost  100-300 THB depending on weight and volume.

Oversized item surcharge

To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard shipping rates.

Delivery times

We aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. And more importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.
Typically as long as we have the item in our warehouse, you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). For items that we have to source externally please allow 3-7 working days for shipping (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).

My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?

Normally, you should receive your item within 1-3 or 3-7 working days depending if we have the item at our warehouse. In the event like this, send us an email at info@uniontradinghouse.com or call us at  +66(0)2 612 5384 from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday  9am to 11.30am, with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.  Please contact us, we will quote to you by email or phone for your approval before your order ships

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders placed in the store that are shipped to countries outside of Thailand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
